I just picked up a E1000 and set it up using the web interface. Works fine. I never installed the Cisco Connect software (and don't want to). After much reading I found that guest network and parental controls are not configurable in the web interface. Is the guest network on or off by default? I couldn't find a definitive answer on that.

I would like some help with configuring my E1000 and Cisco Connect software. My network consists of a Linksys wrt54g2 router connected to my comcast modem. Then the wrt54g2 has a cat6 cable going from it (in my network closet) to the E1000 in my living room. My E1000 is then used to connect to several devices (tv, tivo, blu ray, wd live are wired.
