First, open up Start > All Programs, and search through the menu for the app you want to start at boot. Right-click on it and hit "Copy". This will copy the shortcut.
as I said, your applications cant start with windows if its not Windows Services. Windows Service Technology exists for this requirement. if you check your system's Local Services, you can see what I mean.
